Noel wants him to be comfortable more than he wants those displays of care, they'd be much more genuine that way. So needless to say he's not expecting any sort of contact at all, and he's definitely not expecting to lose his eyesight. But Noel is patient, entirely comfortable with letting the other man into his space.
